I should also mention no I’m not a trophy hunter who just kills for sport. While I do use the bear skin/fur for stuff like rugs, that’s just a byproduct of hunting for the meat.

It’s often surprisingly rich. Kinda like beef + pork maybe is the best way to really describe it.
