I hate my meds made me gain weight. I know my clothes fit different and even pants that fit comfortably when I was fit and wearing the same size feel so tight. I 5’1 and went from XS to L in shirts. I have stretch marks on my arms now.

u still look gorgeous and i love that top on u! however i can totally understand the way u feel tho, remember that weight gain isn’t a failing on ur part, especially when caused by medication sometimes the cookie cutter “calories in calories out” doesn’t really work as well as some ppl like to act like it does. definitely talk to ur drs tho, u deserve medication that doesnt fuck w ur energy and motivation like u mentioned 🫶

I also know how to work out and the whole cal deficit. I just lack the motivation and energy bc of my meds. I’m just tired all the time

Thank you, I know I can do something about it, I’m debating if I talk to my therapist and OB about switching my meds and birth control just bc of the weight gain. I went up 38lbs from previous weight
