i hate how i got dumped right before my period so not only am i sad but im craving sweets and stress eating sweets and now i feel huge and fat

If you’re doing that for a few days you’re fine and it takes an extra 3500 calories on top of your maintenance to gain a single pound, just like weight loss a few days of being healthy or unhealthy is not a big deal and you see change when it’s for a longer time period

Even if the scale makes you think that rn it won’t stay, like I can gain over 10 from when I wake up to after a night of drinking and eating everything but I didn’t actually gain 10 pounds

Yeah ofc. I find this all so interesting actually, like 3 days of eating like normal plus a full frozen jacks pepperoni pizza a day and pint of ice cream you’d gain less than 2 pounds, but add on a pint of ice average cream everyday as a snack and eat exactly the same for a year and you’ve gained over 100 pounds

The math: pizza is ab 1000 and ice cream is ab 1000 calories so 2000 x 3 is 6000 which is under 2 pounds. 365 x 1000 is 365000 which divided by 35000 is over 100 lbs
