I had this issue but with my duo authenticator, I went to the IT desk and they just deleted the language/ location from my phone. It didn’t work, but it still might be worth a try.

If you click the settings button (it’s on the bottom left for me), search language in the search bar. There will be a thing for “editor language” and there’s a bunch of languages to choose from. Idk if that would fix your problem but maybe worth a try?
