….. touch grass.
I just had an anxiety attack over someone I know being happily pregnant. Like wdym you want a child at our small age!? it just made me realize and freak out over how large the gaps between were you are in life are in your 20s

This is really judgmental for something that’s honestly so valid if you’re someone who reflects in your 20s and has anxiety.

She had a panic attack because.. someone else is pregnant? ?? Unless she is 14 this is preposterous. Being in your 20s is a very normal time to have a child. She doesn’t have to have one but she needs to ground herself if she’s getting so worked up over OTHER people having kids

Wait until you hear the things I have panic attacks over, it’s usually something little that pushes you over the edge if you’re already anxious af. Anxiety disorders are no joke Or I read it as an exaggeration and not an actual panic attack

So here’s the thing I said “anxiety attack” very different from panic attack. I’m super happy for her and I think I pretty well explained that it wasn’t over her situation it’s about how different everyone’s lives get in their twenties. Like we all split and go very different directions after college and it’s pretty crazy for me to think about. As someone with anxiety and supposedly PTSD I’d think you’d be a little more sympathetic to some existential anxiety
