roommate has had raw salmon in the fridge for over a week and it's starting to STINK 🤮 pls manifest that she deals with it by today. but also is it not a rule to cook any raw meat within 1-2 days of buying it😭

Ew wtf, I mean sometimes you can use raw meat after a few days but it’s generally best to use within the date on the package. If I’m not using within three days of buying raw meat I just freeze it when I get it home.

i put it in a container to neutralize the smell and texted her. it's on her what she wants to do with it, she said if it was bad i could toss it but since i already trapped all the scent with tupperware im just gonna leave it for her to decide
