it’s a complicated situation. did trump do it for most likely immoral reasons? yes probably. however, Venezuelans have been suffering for so long under maduro. he’s an evil dictator and those people have been starving for years. i’ve met many Venezuelans that have all left because of him. they are literally celebrating rn bc of him being gone. i worry what trump is going to do next, though

As a Venezuelan who has had to leave the country due to the dictator trying to round up and imprison (and execute) members of my extended family, you can hate Trump all you want, but please don’t turn that into a defense of Maduro, I frankly don’t care how it was done but it’s a blessing that that man is gone and no longer in charge of Venezuela

It was the right thing to do both for America and for Venezuela. The people of Venezuela are celebrating right now. Maduro was a dictator that the people of Venezuela have previously attempted to remove and has threatened the US. Regardless of how you feel about Trump u need to give him credit for this

It’s speculated that he will support the government that the Venezuelan ppl democratically elected over a year ago but Maduro kept power
