the traps need to be in the areas the mice normally run (along walls, furniture, etc.). don’t keep any food in your room, and keep the heat as low as you can stand it. keep your room as tidy as possible so there aren’t places for them to hide/nest, and fill any gaps or holes in the walls and floor with steel wool.

exterminator.. idk wtf else to do i feel so helpless and disgusted like fuck i just wanna sleep. i’m constantly having to clean my room and i’m actually horrified of mice so just kill me ig 💔😔

If you can, cats are excellent at keeping mice, rats, snakes (my cat caught them before) etc away. I know it’s not for everyone though 😔

thank u.. i keep my room pretty clean but there’s a lot of gaps in the wood upstairs :/. def will buy some wood filler or something. i just put some peanut butter on the traps hopefully that’ll do something. i also heard dryer sheets are good bc they don’t like the scent. so i put those in some of the small holes that’re in the walls due to old cable holes n stuff. i’m getting peppermint oil today and some more traps hopefully this works 😔

maybe if you leave the door open the dogs will go after the mice? just don’t put poison down if you’re going to try that
