Girl yes way to low u should have at least 2,000 a day! 1,300 is fine but it’s an extreme calorie deficit

Ohhh I’ve used that app But yea that’s to little Be careful with calorie deficit it can trigger an ed if u have a competitive mindset I would just suggest eating whatever u want just in small portions We aren’t supposed to feel full just satisfied but if ur still hungry then eat a bit more Make sure to have all ur meals tho bc if u skip then you will end up gaining weight

It’s a little low but it’s probably fine if you’re flexible with it. Like 1300-1500.

True but also they said they have a hard job so idk if that mean labor yk so if they are using a lot of energy then they need more calories or they can crash

I’m a teacher. It’s more so mentally and tbh I wa breakfast super early and our lunch is only like ten minutes. So it’s kinda a fucked io eating schedule
