probably they cant pay you the competitive market rate for the role you would actually end up working bc of your experience. kind of a green flag

it would be flattering if not for the fact that i also cant even get hired at fast food spots and just need a job😀 like bro ill take the standard rate for others in this position, im not trying to move up or negotiate, i literally just need a job. thats so ridiculous
