He’s great and he loves the dog I think he just doesn’t understand going to pee is relatively time sensitive and the dog doesn’t care if you’re tired because you just need to be able to walk. And I know I should do it but I was really having trouble standing. The dog is fine but idk I think he went out at 3? When we’d discussed it at 10 :/

You’re not overreacting at all. It’s a very simple task he could have handled very easily but intentionally decided not to. Pets are not novelties, they are living beings who need care and attention just the same as anyone else.
