Ok does anyone have tips for working out while working full time…I work with kids super early and long days and now I’m tutoring two days a week I don’t want to over exert myself but like I need to be healthy
Ik you said you have to be up early but I swear by working out in the mornings. Start your day off with a nice workout then you don’t have to dread doing it later :)

Yes it’s so hard tho bc I get up at an insane tirm…school for students starts at 6:50 and I need extra time to eat in the morning so I get up at like 4:30…
