cats are naturally most active at dawn and dusk so for the most part that's just gonna be how she is. whenever i need to sleep in i just keep my bedroom door closed and my cat zooms around the living room

don’t give them any attention during that time or else they’ll take it as encouragement and continue to bother u. it took like two years of me shoving my cat off my bed every morning for her to understand that i am not gonna cuddle her at 5am lol

Tbh our cats (one in particular) would wake us up at like 4 am for food but feeders have made a world of difference! Now our kitten has zoomies fairly consistently and he’ll snuggle up with me once he knows I’m awake
