Anyone here who actually has knowledge in nutrition? I’m not looking for weight loss but actual food info. I have a bit of bloat that is way too high to be from my uterus fat. Am I missing something in my diet? Could it be from dehydration? Or caffeine?

I think it’s a contributing or causing factor to constipation. Sometimes it’s worse even when it’s not before my period. Maybe I have a digestion problem in general. But considering my size (I’m really thin) I don’t think i should have this much of a bloat in my stomach
