
i used to force myself to be around people but that only made me start hating people and hate myself even more because i hated being around people so i just started listening to my body and she said she wanted to be gross and depressed for a while so that's what I do now 🤷♀️ but that's not for everyone cause it could make u spiral so just listen to what u need
The problem is that i don’t have friends here or any family nearby and i also don’t have time to work out because i go to classes early in the morning till afternoon and then i have to go to work by the time i come back the on campus gym is closed. I dont have a car so i have to rely on what the campus offers like the gym
