Whatever in your life is stressing you out, you gotta let it go. I had nightmares all the time and then broke up with my bf and all of them went away.

I would recommend maybe watching something really cute before bed, or reading a book that's pretty soft so that you have that in your recent thoughts. Idk if it's science but it worked for me a bit
