I’ve been tracking my daily goals by coloring in squares for it and I must say it’s a lot harder to kick myself down when I have visual representation of how many of my goals I’m hitting. last month I felt like I failed, but I achieved 68.5% of my goalsVs this month so far. There’s so much more filled in on goals 1-3 specifically because I had visual representation on what I’m getting done. Overall highly recommend. It’s been good for my mental health and keeping myself accountable. And I also have all my goals listed in the finch app so if I forget to track a day I can just go back and check my finch goals
