So when nothing gets better after adding it taking away different aspects of life. Like a new friend, hobby, addiction, love, experience, work, etc. Then it’s time to see a therapist for some guidance and push to discover what other work needs to be done or possibly some time with medication.

Time for a change! Maybe look into more intensive therapy with more neuroscience and data tracking. EMDR is really taking off lately

Depends on the situation. Me personally mine is entirely dependent on work that can support me alone to get TF OUT… Main issue of the situation is living where I do. My sister had a job at one point and she’s never been depressed, where it was an issue at least. She confided in me, easy start looking for new work and then quit. Maybe it’s the career or location. People maybe. But you should be able to see the way out but baby steps are hard right, we get it
