this sounds stupid but please learn to have fun with yourself watch movies you really like light a candle that you think smells really nice treat yourself to something you like to eat try to find things that you love about yourself fall in love with yourself laugh with yourself bc at the end of the day the only person who can support and love you the most is yourself you only have yourself at the end of the day (that sounds so cringe and idk if it's helpful i'm sorry)

Be productive, don’t push things off that u said you’d do. It boosts ur self confidence and trust. Keep yourself busy. That’s what helps me

New hobby and small ass steps forward. “I didn’t do this completely” but you did what you could, and that’s a good start. Finding something new to do is also a good start, it was how I learned to do pottery and ended up loving it more over the years

No I really appreciated this! I was feeling kinda down and I’m overwhelmed with classes but I think I might paint my nails and go on a walk tonight to feel a bit better. Thank you!
