if you are putting off your pap smear I can say I just got mine and it was literally soo easy. I put it off for a full year and now having it done waiting the year feels so dramatic

Having an accommodating and supportive gyno makes all the difference. My doctor gave me a break before I could’ve asked for one myself. I have vaginismus so I was really worried about it. Cancer screening is a privilege I’ll never pass up.

Pap smears are important keep in mind. Keep the 🐱 healthy - it tests for abnormal cells or cancer. It’s recommended after turning 21.
