Someone I know was SA’d and now my own repressed childhood SA is haunting me. My mental health is taking a huge hit. I feel like a pick me, it was so long ago and never a big deal before. I need some advice, tips, or something to get out of this slump.

angel it sounds like you really need to be able to work through yours. if you have access to therapy, or someone you could talk to that would help. otherwise there are some ptsd workbooks that you can buy on amazon, but it can be pretty hard to work through them alone. you’re not alone and i’m so sorry you’re going through this. it must be really difficult to struggle with while trying to be there for or not take the attention from the other person who also needs help right now.
