just start applying or advertising ur services. Like write about ur experience running accounts and shit and add it to your resume, u can add it as like volunteer experience. OR you could get into it by interning somewhere (disclaimer- u might not get paid, BUT if they end up really liking you there is a possibility of being hired full time)
