Dream job! It keeps you motivated to do your job and wake up in the morning :) I’ve seen what the ladder results in, and in the long run people get quite depressed :(

u might as well be happy to go to work and choose ur dream job, if u could get the higher paying job now then ull most likely still be able to get it if in a few yrs if u find u don't like the dream job anymore
