As someone who works at a grocery/liquor store usually those people are underage and they think you’ll leave it anyways without checking ID

Yes I suspect that might have been the case. I’ve done thousands of deliveries and this has only happened like 3 times. I heard a sports game in the background, I thought maybe they just drunkenly passed out. But that could have been the case too

That’s possible too that’s just usually my experience because people think the delivery people won’t check IDs

I’ve also had to stop underage kids from getting lottery tickets through vending lottery machines. Kids think they are so smart like if you wanna do that shit do it the hard way and buy a fake.
