
tbh i try drink more water but makes me go restroom every 30 mins (im pretty sure im diabetic so 😭) i pretty much do everything beyond that and im gunna try fo to gym again more i didn’t this past semester bc i always feel tired and never rested so i didn’t wanna like….hurt myself but i walk 10k steps a day ….. but my goal is to lock in and go back to gym but not for weight loss bc if i do …..not good 🥲 i think it’s just bloating in my face from not water tbh and medical issues going on bc (1)
yea that’s my goal but i do have really bad under eyes ! always have lol so hopefully mentally with that im good again like i was a year ago 🙏 (also sorry if i sound rude i promise not my goal just …..bad at communicating ) im just ready to make 2026 my year and supposed to get proposed to this year 🙂↕️
