Update: the eggs were a little too creamy which I usually love but I think because there was no meat besides bacon pieces sprinkled on top and no veggies (ran out of ingredients💔) there wasn’t enough crunch or firmness to it. The salsa and sour cream helped cut down the richness of the eggs and the bacon grease I used to cook everything. 7/10 for a lazy breakfast taco
