Sometimes it’s just how you’re built 🤷‍♀️ but also you can’t target fat loss

Same it was easier for me when I was on a med to fix my hormones. Sometimes! Not all the time a B-belly is common in those with pcos. But walking on an incline usually helps a lot for me
