since my first cpr training in 2019 i’ve been scared to eat in the house alone

my dad was once choking at his office and he had to run out his cubicle and get someone's attention to literally save his life😭 and the person injured my dads ribs in doing it (which better an injury than ded but still scary to think that's possible) but i truly can't think of a more embarassing time for tht to happen

and I live by myself so I do a lot of my eating by myself 😭
