the internet tbh, if u were quick enough to record anything post it. If you only watched it, write down EVERYTHING you remember to the last detail and write a post about it or make a video and post it online. imo the best thing anyone can do in these situations is speak about what you saw to spread awareness

were you by any cameras, did the person get arrested, did you pull out your phone? see any badges or squad car numbers?
