i have a problem and i don’t know who to go to. i just found a notebook that my boyfriend has kept under the bed and it belonged to his ex who he said was awful to him, but he still follows her on instagram but his excuse was that he dont “use it”.. help

i mean idk if there’s a way you can without him gaslighting you, and do you still want to be with him after this? he’s clearly not over his ex and he’s lying about it and totally dismissing your feelings. i wouldn’t want to be with someone so disrespectful
