fucking fuck night eating syndrome. i’ve gained 13 (one three) pounds in 2 weeks. i’ve been eating 2k+ calories a day so there is absolutely no reason for this. i also hit all of my macros. if anyone has any advice i am BEGGING for it. MAKE IT STOP

Question, are you taking melatonin at night? And what’s your estimated calorie intake BEFORE night time usually?

Melatonin supplements aren’t meant to be taken long term and disruptions in natural melatonin levels can increase cravings / appetite. Personally, I also always got SUPER hungry at night if I took melatonin over a few days at a time.

i do not take melatonin! I used to, but i haven’t in a pretty long time. also my estimated calorie intake is probably 1.7k-2k. Sometimes more depending on the day!
