how do i actually lose weight and get a flatter stomach? i work out every day but i'm struggling with food and protein cuz i hate cutting down on eating
Honestly thats the only way, you have to cut back on food otherwise youre working out for nothing it is hard tho but try slowly decreasing the amount of food you take it

If you focus on protein intake and building muscle through lifting, your increased muscle mass will naturally speed up your metabolism and help with weight loss

I would try to focus on eating things that are satiating like high fiber high protein because fiber helps with the feeling of being full and protein helps with being full for longer so you don’t WANT to eat as much

Uhhh processed foods* if you are working out regularly and eat a balanced meal (1/3 rule is good to start) you should get more in shape/toned, do weighted ab exercises too, and drink LOTS of water
