I think everyone is kind of like this. Unfortunately the difference is women will be nicer to the avg guy because they’re a little afraid he’ll be crazy or violent. If you remove that fear it’s essentially the same between women and men

If you were raised to be a decent person you’d know that the absolute bare minimum is treating everybody with respect. There are no “exceptions” to that. This whole “boys will be boys” “you don’t owe anyone anything” argument just sounds like a sorry excuse for being an asshole

By treat “like a person” we mean have basic manners and don’t be blatantly rude. I’ve been in group settings before where men will acknowledge my friends but ignore me even when I try to say something or act visibly annoyed when I do. Like just because they don’t want to sleep with me they see no point in just being polite for the sake of human decency. I think you and I both can see that that’s treating someone like a nuisance and not like a person.
