Idk I have the same issue I think maybe I’ll try just trimming and shaving around the outer parts?

I got a Philips one blade and it does wonders. Usually I’ll trim first, then wait a day and see if it gets irritated and if not I’ll shave it clean. If it gets irritated I’ll just shape it to my bikini line

I wanted to try veet but now I already shaved so I feel like that’s not the best idea

I unfortunately get really bad bumps there also! Maybe I just have really sensitive skin or something🤷‍♀️
