I’m not sure how to feel about it. We met on bumble bff and haven’t met in person yet because of school and living situations and stuff like that. But she’s very nice from what I know. I think she might be on the spectrum (I’m sorry if that’s the wrong term) because she does kinda lack some social cues and has reposted some stuff implying it

If she’s on the spectrum you’re gonna have to be direct with her. Set boundaries, and tell her how that makes you feel. Not doing so will only build resentment and not teach her a valuable experience
