Tips on losing weight? I’ve been overweight probably my whole life. I struggle with calorie control and having motivation to workout, although I do move around a lot at work as I’m a hotel housekeeper. I just hate feeling bad about my body.

Imo u don’t rlly need to workout at the start I think it’s easier to just focus on food. Ik u said u struggle but calorie counting is rlly helpful if u get a little app. You just needa find the amount u burn resting per day and eat under that there’s websites to calculate it

I also struggle to not eat like shit but u can still eat like ass and be under ur calories but just try not to do that bc obv healthier food is better for u
