i’m not a small girlie but try walmart and maybe target! not to call you a child at all, but i had a cousin who was just short and would also find stuff to wear in children sizes and their shoes! thrift stores also!

Look into Depop or Poshmark! I used to get a lot of second hand PacSun jeans and jean shorts there. PacSun is fantastic haha I'm a size 23" with them, and my waist is 23-23.5". I'm 5'1" and also 95 lbs haha

I haven't figured out formal wear entirely yet, but I have found some lucky thrift finds. I've gotten into sewing to make slight alterations to thrift clothing. It's a cost effective way to make clothes fit me, and low risk bc I didn't spend that much

I used to do that, but my legs are long in proportion to my height, so they're always too short on me. Also if the waist fits, the hips are way too tight on me - an xxs girlie
