I think it has something to do with gravity. You’re horizontal instead of vertical and gravity brings things to the ground. That’s usually why, in my experience, the morning is always much heavier than the afternoon

usually if that happens it all just pours out of me when i stand/sit up. cause ur on ur side so the blood isn't flowing out.
