highly recommend O’Keefe’s Working Hands cream, or corn husker’s lotion. apply generously before shift, on break, after shift. and eucerin advanced repair cream overnight. i went from barista to healthcare and my hands got so bad they would crack and bleed 😭 it’s still gonna be rough but good product can save you from the worst of it at least

you’re so welcome 😌🙏 i also forgot to mention that Working Hands comes in either a tube or a little jar thing, and the jar formula is thicker and imo i felt like it worked better. if neither of those work for you, find something with like lanolin or beeswax in it that will form a moisture barrier. aquaphor is sadly not enough
