I apply to jobs on campus and don’t hear back. I have worked on campus jobs at another campus because I’m a transfer student. It has never been this difficult for me to find a job. Like I’ve even worked at hospitals

My current university wanted me to submit a cover letter and 2 references for a desk assistant. I did and I have been an assistant before and I haven’t heard back
