does anyone else’s 🐱 get dry, itchy and painful in their luteal phase? is that normal or should i talk to my gyno about that?

you might want to go to a gyno if it's something that just randomly started happening i've never felt that way

as estrogen starts to leave the party, yes it can be common to experience some vaginal dryness which can have accompanying itching and discomfort. however, if it is really very uncomfortable for you i would ask your gyno what you can do about it there may be topical lubricants or other options for keeping you more comfortable this is one reason also why i highly recommend cycle syncing with your diet and herbal teas to try to support these natural hormone fluctuations and keep yourself as comfcomfortable
