gloves used to be handmade by tailors to fit each person’s hand exactly (hence the phrase ‘fits like a glove’). If you have trouble finding gloves that fit your hands well off-the-rack, you could try mittens (which are available in pretty much all the same thicknesses gloves come in) or if you/someone you know can knit or crochet, you could make a pair of wool gloves or mittens that you can custom make to the exact size of your hands

I’ve tried, they’re always too tight around my knuckles and palm. I had small hands with really short/bony fingers. Hell if I make a fist my knuckle bones pop out like theyre about to break through the skin
