You don’t have to lol, just wash them once a week and you’re fine. You’re doing too much if you think you need to wash them when you’re in bed in something other than pjs

i mean the last time i washed them was saturday and it’s wednesday so that’s not terrible. my ocd just flares up about it for some reason
