As someone who has spent a good chunk of time researching AI and how it works (it’s relevant to my major as a cybersecurity major) never trust it. It’s designed to say what you want and/or what is most likely to be said in response and is easily biased from training data. It’s also got a history of giving horrible advice and leading to people killing/harming themselves and others

The fact that the post said it’s excellent for spiraling people is crazy to me bc of how often it’s been active in helping, causing, and/or encouraging psychosis and spiraling bc of the fact that so much of it is just supposed to agree with the user
