so apparently it’s NOT normal to be able to feel and see all the blood flowing in or out of ur hands when u lift or lower them 🤨 my hands are pink but if i raise them above my head they turn yellow and i can feel the blood flowing out of my finger tips

then if i put them back down the blood returns and i can feel it flowing back and my hands turn pink again

i noticed it happening like 10 years ago and didn’t really think about it until it was like really obvious the other day cuz my hands are really red from a possible vinyl glove allergy but when i lifted my hand up 75% of the redness went away and when i put it back down it all came back and my manager was like bro wtf that’s not normal so i went and googled it and apparently it is not!

idk but i feel like i eat too much meat for my iron to be a problem 😭 my blood is just more affected my gravity idk LOL
