Rn I have a bio degree and I want to take it further but I can’t do a masters rn so my moms like just get a desk job. I genuinely don’t think there is a desk job so idk what she expects but I can’t get a job like that and there are no jobs for me near me

I have a bio degree and I plan on going back to school to get my vet veterinary technician certification, but as on now I need money so I’m just working in the produce section at a grocery store

I have an interview later today for a cashier position at a grocery store. Every single proper job with my degree is a state job. If I need to leave this job for my masters which I pray to god is out of state, then I won’t get a job with the state ever again. For that reason I’d rather work in a grocery store rn so if I ever come back I can get a proper state job. The only issue is that my mom who doesn’t have an American degree is like people with degrees don’t work at grocery stores or lil

On top of that my mother forced me to get loans when I was in college. She doesn’t know this but my bf was listening in on the call where she told me she’d pay my loans back. She now wants me to pay my loans back so that’s why I can’t just get a lil cashier position, but i genuinely have no other choice because the stupid area where we live doesn’t have bio related jobs besides state jobs
