Idk there really needs to be some form of sensitivity training for adults working with children because the amount of teachers, camp counselors, doctors, etc. felt comfortable telling me to my face that i wasn’t a looker at the age of like 10 is diabolical

Sorry this all is very dark but it really was hell growing up as a little girl that people found aesthetically unappealing. Nobody ever had that nuture protect instinct with me, just annoyance and hope that I’d leave them alone

It just hurt so bad watching all the other girls in class treated like girls, and then the teacher gets to you and is like oh, well it’s just you. Like I wasn’t really a girl because I wasn’t pretty. Boys got away with touching me and none of my teachers believed me because they didn’t think anyone would “want to” assault me

Grew up not only as the ugly kid who was way taller and larger than everyone else, but also cosplaying as someone I wasn’t until I could start being me in my early 20s. 🫠 Childhood fucking sucked in every other way, too. 😂

Yes. And after the glow up. Everyone that used to bully bc was #chopped then tried to “hang out”. But being ugly leads to being hot with a personality 🥳
