So I’m doing a big cut and tryna lose a lot of weight and although I’m not there yet, I was wondering what do you do when you lose a significant amount of weight but none of your clothes fit you. Tbh I don’t think I’ll have that issue but I want it lowkey

I wouldn’t advise losing weight quickly, it’s usually not healthy or sustainable. And don’t get rid of your bigger clothes right away bc you may gain it all back and then have nothing. That’s what happened to me

i hide in baggy clothes til i’m done then reward myself with a big thrift shop for a new wardrobe. my weight has fluctuated so much at this point though that i mostly just keep clothes that are oversized or stretchy or have tie backs or something so that i don’t have to keep buying new ones

So my thing is that I’m short like I’m 4 11 but im trying to lose 55-60lbs and of that I have lose 15lbs. Most of my summer clothes have strings cuz I wear linen pants but then my winter clothes I guess I’ll just wear sweatpants or belts. Idk what I’m doing rn and how much I’m ultimately gonna lose. My thing is I want muscle and to be a healthy bmi so I got to get to the healthy bmi first because it takes forever for me to just do cardio to lose weight then when I reach a healthy BMI I can start

Lifting. That’s only because I spend 2-3 hrs doing my cardio at the gym rn and I can’t spend more time to lift but I wish I could
