I’m just so paranoid about something happening. They stab me so much when they pick off pieces of plaque and then say I don’t floss when I floss every single night. My gums don’t bleed when I floss except for when I go to the dentist. This lady scrapes so much that she makes gaps in between my teeth. It’s so painful to wear my retainer afterwards

i couldn’t close my jaw or chew anything for nearly 3 days. i cried during my appointment, they wouldn’t take a break and just kept saying “almost done”
