ok so my periods are little irregular normally (i have pcos) but i havent had it for 43 days should i take a pregnancy test just in case or am i being paranoid? HELP

Girl I also have PCOS and my shit has been all over the place lately for no apparent reason. I went about a month and half between my last 2 periods :/ i keep a stockpile of cheap pregnancy tests from Amazon specifically bc of that. You’re probably good but testing won’t hurt
